The CAT – Congregation Assessment Tool will remain open until May 27^th.  This is your opportunity to share your opinion in our search for a new Priest.

The on-line survey must be completed in one uninterrupted sitting.

In the event you cannot take the survey on-line, you may submit the paper copy provided.  Please contact the office if this is the method you prefer to use.
